A legendary Goldtop of Punk Rock has been replicated perfectly by the Gibson Custom Shop, more specifically the Murphy Lab! This is the limited edition Mike Ness 1976 Les Paul Deluxe, a replica of the Goldtop which the Social Distortion frontman has been playing onstage for years. The guitar is modeled after his modified ’76 Deluxe, where the stock mini-humbuckers were replaced with full P-90s that Mike prefers. Historically accurate, the guitar is built with a 3-piece maple neck, rounded corner trapezoid inlays, and pancake body construction. The Goldtop finish has been expertly aged by the artisans of the Murphy Lab to match Mike’s original, and it even includes the Orange County, Clay Smith Cams Mr. Horsepower®, and I Voted stickers. Only 100 Mike Ness Les Pauls are available worldwide!
