Description & Specifications

1970 Fender Princeton Reverb Amp – Silverface

We present an original 1970 Fender Princeton Reverb Amp – Silverface. Made in Fullerton, California.

This Fender Princeton Reverb Silverface sounds incredibly good, featuring exactly the same circuit as a Blackface model. An unserviced amplifier of this type that still sounds fantastic is very rare to come across, so I will leave it as is, as it’s in perfect working order. This is classic vintage Fender tone — great tremolo, reverb, crunch, and still a clean sound.

It even comes complete with its original footswitch. The amp has the original transformers with undisturbed wiring and the original 10J4 Oxford speaker. All the date codes verify it as a 1970 model. To run and play this amplifier, you’ll need a stepdown transformer, which is included.

The original tube chart is also present and in very clean condition, with crisp corners and a hand-inked serial number.
