1955 Fender Princeton Tweed 5D2 – Narrow-Panel
We present an original 1955 Fender Princeton Tweed 5D2 – Narrow Panel. Made in Fullerton, California.
It’s in gorgeous condition with minimal typical cosmetic wear. This vintage tube amplifier has been well cared for over the decades and is fitted with NOS tubes. The original 8″ speaker has been professionally reconed and sounds perfect. It’s a very rare speaker model, produced for only a short time.
The circuit has just been serviced with new capacitors, resistors, a power cord, and a newer reproduction handle. All other components are original to this amplifier, including the transformers. All channels work flawlessly and sound incredible!
The amp is fully serviced and ready to be played.
To keep it as original as possible you need a stepdown transformer. We have these in stock and can be purchased through Guitar Hunter.
