We present an original 1960 Fender Champ amplifier tweed 5F1- Narrow Panel. Made in Fullerton, California.
This beauty is simple, elegant and clean enough to satisfy collectors and serious players.
This vintage Champ boasts its original lacquered tweed and hallowed 5F1 circuit. It doesn’t get much more pure than the Champ, and this studio favorite delivers freakishly dynamic and glassy pure tube tone that can go from clean to fully saturated overdrive with a twist of the single knob. The Champ has been well cared for over the decades and is stocked with its original 8″ speaker and the circuit has just been serviced with new caps and resistors so it can run perfectly. Both transformers are original as well. Comes with a new 3-prong power cable. Even comes with its original cover.
Cosmetically, the original lacquered tweed is in very great shape. Overall the tweed looks particularly excellent condition with minor uniformly aged, with original nailed in feet and even the original leather handle!
To keep it as original as possible you need a stepdown transformer. We have these in stock and can be purchased through Guitar Hunter. https://guitarhunter.dk/product/toroidy-ats300va-stepdown-converter-230-110v/
