We present an all original and early 1963 Gibson ES-335 TDC in Cherry finish with factory Bigsby. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

This historical piece is coming directly from the original owners family. Overall, this guitar is in near mint condition with minor cosmetic wear. Beautiful figured laminated double cutaway maple body with factory custom made plage on the top.

No breaks or any repairs on this Gibson semi hollow body.This is an early 1963 because it has the nice 1962 neck profile. It Even comes with its original hang tags, manual, price tag, original screwdriver. It’s all there!

This hollow body comes with a rare pair of “Patent Number” humbucking pickup’s. The pickup’s sound amazing and are well balanced and the covers is undisturbed. They are also untouched and totally factory stock. The oval orange label clean and intact with handwritten ES-335 TDC letter. It also have the original  custom plate on the body, that tells this Gibson guitar was a special order. 1-piece Mahogany neck with bound rosewood fretboard with block inlays. The original frets have been dressed and are like new. The original Kluson singleline/doublering tuners works perfect and turns smoothly.

This ES-335 Gibson semi-hollow is rich in harmonic overtones, incredibly expressive, and an excellent reminds of why vintage Gibsons are so coveted. In particular, the high end is extremely articulate without ever sounding abrasive or harsh, which allows single note runs to sing out with beautiful cascading harmonic content. Notes attack with exceptional bloom and compression, which gives this 335 a balanced, robust voice. Just a perfect ES-335 that everybody wants.

Pickups and the electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.

Comes complete with its original black Gibson hardshell case with yellowing lining. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
