We present an all original 1963 Gibson SG Junior in its original and rare Polaris White finish.
The Gibson SG Junior has a beautiful dark rosewood fretboard with pearloid dots. 2 x “3 on a stripe” Kluson tuners. Overall, the Gibson Junior is in great shape with only some nicks, dings and other cosmetic play-wear. The original frets and nut has plenty of life left.
The Gibson P-90 pickup sounds amazing and are very strong. So much resonance in this 1-piece / lightweight mahogany body. It’s incredibly lively and clear acoustically. Absolutely roar and can deliver everything from glassy, articulate cleans to growling heavy overdrive. The 1-piece neck with the nut width 1 11/16 is a joy to play.
The pickup and other electronics/wiring remains untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickup. All original and correct.
Comes with a newer hardshell case.
- Nut width: 1 11/16″.
- Bridge pickup: 7.81 kOhm.
- Weight: 2.55 Kilograms.
