1967 Fender Coronado II – Lake Placid Blue
We present an all original Fender Coronado II in its original Lake Placid Blue finish. Made in Fullerton, California.
This guitar is absolutely stunning to play and has a super cool look. Lake Placid Blue is a great Custom Color and it is one of the most sought after colors for collectors. The guitar itself remains structurally sound with no cracks, breaks, or any repairs. The finish is in gorgeous shape that have turn greenish on some spots over the years. Minor finish checking and only a little spot of play-wear on the front, where you rest your hand (next to the bridge)
The neck is straight with a great action and response. A great bound rosewood fretboard with pearl block inlays and the frets shows hardly any wear, so there is lot of life left in them. Overall the guitar has a strong and well balanced output in the single-coils. Beautiful all original guitar that even comes complete with its original whammy bar & matching number hang tag. Super rare to come by in that condition and especially in that color.
Pickups and the electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes with its original Victoria luggage Hardshell Case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
