1969 Fender Mustang Competition – Red
We present an all original 1969 Fender Mustang Competition in Red finish with matching headstock. Made in Fullerton, California.
This Fender Mustang is in excellent shape and is ready to be played. This model have become tough to find and especially in that condition. This Fender guitar has that killer punchy and plucky tone that you will expect from these vintage guitars. The finish is very clean but does show some soft and beautiful finish checking, nicks, ding and minor play wear. Strong C-shape maple neck and dark rosewood fingerboard with pearl dots. The original frets show very little wear and have plenty of life left in them. It even comes complete with its original whammy bar and bridge cover.
Pickups and electronics/wiring remain untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickups. All original and correct.
Comes complete with its original hardshell case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
