1966 Fender Mustang – Blue

We present an all original 1966 Fender Mustang in its original Blue finish. Made in Fullerton, California.

Condition

This is a pristine and exceptional clean example of a vintage Mustang with very minimal nicks, dings and other cosmetic wear. Features some beautiful finish checkings on the back and front of the headstock. This original Blue finish is so strong and haven’t faded at all – exceptionally beautiful. The flame maple neck is as clean as it can be. The rosewood fingerboard is stunningly dark and features the pearl dots. The ‘Fender’ and ‘Mustang’ decal is clean too. The chrome hardware is shiny almost like new.

Originality

The guitar is 100% all original with no modifications, breaks or any repairs. Just like it left the Fullerton factory back in ’66. The two original grey bottom pickups are balanced and sound fantastic, just like you would expect from a perfect ’66 Fender Mustang. The original Fender tuners turns smoothly, and the white tuner buttons are all intact. It even comes with the original tremolo-arm. The white pearl pickguard is fully intact and clean.

Pickup and electronics/wiring remains untouched and intact, with no broken solder joints, no re-wound pickup. All original and correct.

Comes with its original Hardshell Case. Latches and handle are in perfect working order.
